Shopper Data definition

Shopper Data means (i) all personally identifiable information regarding a prospective or actual Shopper, including all transaction, search, experience and purchase information obtained in connection with (A) such Shopper using, entering or accessing Company Channels, submitting an Application or making a purchase of Goods and Services, (whether or not through use of a Company Credit Card), including all Charge Transaction Data and all transaction, search and experience information collected by or on behalf of the Company or an Affiliate thereof with respect to a Shopper and all line item purchase data and SKU level data collected about such actual or prospective purchase of Goods and Services, or (B) such Shopper applying for membership in or being a member of the Loyalty Program or any other loyalty program from time to time sponsored by the Company or its Affiliates and any transactions pursuant to the Loyalty Program or other loyalty program, in each case in clause (A) or (B), whether such information is obtained by Company and its Affiliates, from the Bank or otherwise and (ii) any personally identifiable information regarding a Shopper that is otherwise obtained by (or on behalf of) the Company or any of its Affiliates at any time (including prior to the date hereof).
Shopper Data means (i) all personally identifiable information, and all other information (including information recorded on a tokenized, aggregated or anonymized basis) regarding a prospective or actual Shopper that was obtained by or on behalf of the Company or its Affiliates prior to the Closing Date or is obtained by or on behalf of the Company following the Closing Date, including all transaction, search, experience and purchase information obtained in connection with (A) (****) , or (B) such Shopper (****) , in each case in clause (A) or (B), whether such information is obtained by the Company and its Affiliates from the Bank or otherwise, (ii) any personally identifiable information regarding a Shopper that is otherwise obtained by (or on behalf of) the Company or any of its Affiliates at any time (including prior to the date hereof) and (iii) for any Cardholder or any Person who has applied for a Company Credit Card, (****).
Shopper Data means (i) all personally identifiable information regarding a prospective or actual Shopper, including all transaction, search, experience and purchase information obtained in connection with (A) such Shopper using, entering or accessing Company Channels, submitting an Application or making a purchase of Goods and Services (whether or not through use of a Company Credit Card), including all data referenced in Section 6.3(a), Charge Transaction Data and all transaction, search and experience information collected by or on behalf of the Company or an Affiliate thereof with respect to a Shopper and all line item purchase data and SKU level data collected about such actual or prospective purchase of Goods and Services, or (B) such Shopper applying for membership in or being a member of the Loyalty Program or any other loyalty program from time to time sponsored by the Company or its Affiliates and any transactions pursuant to the Loyalty Program or other loyalty program, in each case in clause (A) or (B), whether such information is obtained by the Company and its Affiliates from the Bank or otherwise and (ii) any personally identifiable information regarding a Shopper that is otherwise obtained by (or on behalf of) the Company or any of its Affiliates at any time (including prior to the date hereof).

Examples of Shopper Data in a sentence

  • As between the Company and the Bank, all the Shopper Data shall be owned exclusively by the Company.

  • The Bank acknowledges and agrees that it has no proprietary interest in the Shopper Data.

  • For example, if any Co-Branded Card Account Data also constitutes Costco Shopper Data, such data may be used as Costco Shopper Data by Costco consistent with Costco’s rights under this Agreement.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the same or similar information may be contained in the Cardholder Data and the Shopper Data, and that each such pool of data shall therefore be considered separate information subject to the specific provisions applicable to that data hereunder.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the same or similar information may be contained in the Co- Branded Card Account Data, Cardholder Data, the Costco Shopper Data, and other data that each Party independently collects outside of this Program and each such pool of data shall therefore be considered separate information subject to the specific provisions applicable to that data hereunder.

Related to Shopper Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
