Shopify App means a web application that adds functionality to Shopify stores.

  • For Shopify Apps, you acknowledge that you are acquiring the license to each Shopify App from Shopify.

  • Mobile App means the mobile application known as [mobile application name] that is made available by the Provider through [the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store];

It is understood and agreed that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ Capital, Inc., Duff & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Company, Lincoln International LLC (formerly known as Lincoln Partners LLC), Valuation Research Corporation and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Marsal are acceptable to the Administrative Agent. As used in Section 5.12 hereof, an “Approved Third-Party Appraiser selected by the Administrative Agent” shall mean any of the firms identified in the preceding sentence and any other Independent nationally recognized third-party appraisal firm identified by the Administrative Agent and consented to by the Borrower (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
