Shop unit definition

Shop unit means a type of residential unit which is separately metered and which involves a dwelling unit that is incorporated into the premises of a business—sometimes also referred to as a shop house or live/work unit.

  • OP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an OP Unit of the Partnership.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.
