Shipping Location definition

Shipping Location means TheraSense's facility currently ----------------- located at the address listed for TheraSense in Section 15.4 of this Agreement or such other location as TheraSense may designate.
Shipping Location means the entity to whom MS authorizes Starpak to ship Products that are Manufactured pursuant to this Agreement.
Shipping Location means the loading port of the Products in Japan.
