Shipper/Supplier definition
Shipper/Supplier means the Party that gives the notice to Ship and also physically injects the product into the pipeline. If the Shipper and Supplier are different parties then, 2.1.54 and 2.1.55, shall apply respectfully, as defined by each Party’s activity.
Examples of Shipper/Supplier in a sentence
Shipment information shall include but is not limited; Shipper/Supplier, Consignee, Port of Origin, shipment description, gross weight, dimension, intended ship date and mode of transport.
