Shipper Contract definition

Shipper Contract means a transportation service agreement executed by Carrier and a Shipper that implements the terms and conditions upon which Carrier will provide Condensate transportation services for such Shipper on the Polaris Condensate Pipeline System.
Shipper Contract means any customer agreement entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries for the transportation of gas on any part of the Existing Pipeline and/or the Project.

  • Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.
