Shipment Location definition

Shipment Location means the address, place or location specified in the shipping terms from which the Goods are shipped for delivery;

  • All such costs incurred after the instant of delivery to the Designated Shipment Location shall be the responsibility of DISTRIBUTOR.

  • Each order may only be shipped, and shall be addressed for shipment, to the Designated Shipment Location specified in Attachment E.

  • Risk of loss and title to UT Product shall pass to DISTRIBUTOR upon delivery at its Designated Shipment Location.

  • UT shall have no liability for any loss, theft, destruction or damage to the Units of UT Product once they have been delivered to a Designated Shipment Location and the exterior has been inspected by DISTRIBUTOR for visible damage without necessity of opening.

  • CSP must own more than fifty percent (50%) of its business at each Approved Shipment Location.

  • All such costs incurred after the instant of delivery to the Designated Shipment Location shall be the responsibility of Distributor.

  • UT shall have no liability for any loss, theft, destruction or damage to the Units of UT Product once they have been delivered to a Designated Shipment Location and the exterior has been inspected by DISTRIBUTOR for visible damagewithout necessity of opening .

  • Delivery Location has the meaning given in clause 4.2.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
