Shipment Identifier definition
Shipment Identifier means an identifier on shipment level. Shopping Cart means any software and/or platform that allows customers shopping online to accumulate a list of items for purchase. Subordinate Agreement means an agreement between DHL Express and a DHL Express Account Holders that is listed in Schedule 6 of the Integration Agreement whereby the Licensee provides the Licensee Services and Licensee Software to that DHL Express Account Holder. Systems includes telecommunications systems, computer systems, networks, computer programs and databases, and the tangible media on which they are recorded and their supporting documentation.
