SHIPDESK definition

SHIPDESK or “SHIPDESK Application” or “SHIPDESK Software ”or “Platform” means the software Platform provided by first party 1.3. Services means the services provided by FIRST PARTY. Software and/or Services are provided by SHIPDESK on SAAS (software as service) model.
