The Management Committee shall appoint, with that Ship Operator's consent, a Ship Operator to be the Schedule K Party, which shall be responsible for the collection and dissemination of information on Cable Ship and Alternative Cable Ship activities and utilisation.
However, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 22, permission for any such representative to board the Cable Ship is subject to the acceptance by that representative and the Maintenance Authority of the Ship Operator's waiver-of-liability requirements as specified in the relevant Ship Schedule.
