Owner shall use commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule the arrival of the LNG Tanker for the Ship Loading Time Test.
Owner shall provide for an LNG Tanker after the date in such second written notice; provided that Owner is not required to schedule such LNG Tanker until (i) there is sufficient LNG in storage in the Tanks to perform the Ship Loading Time Test and (ii) Owner has an economic reason to export such LNG.
Contractor shall give Owner a second written notice specifying the date on which Contractor expects to be ready for the Ship Loading Time Test, which such notices shall be given no later than sixty (60) Days prior to such date.
Owner shall give Contractor fourteen (14) Days prior written notice of a five (5) Day period in which the LNG Tanker will be available for the Ship Loading Time Test.
In the event that Contractor at any time becomes aware or has reason to believe that its ability to be ready for the Ship Loading Time Test will be delayed beyond the last date specified in the second written notice given pursuant to this Section 11.1D or the date(s) specified in Owner’s notice of LNG Tanker availability, Contractor shall immediately give Owner written notice of such fact and of the revised date on which Contractor then expects that it will be ready for the Ship Loading Time Test.
Without limitation of the foregoing or any other scheduling requirements contained in this Agreement, Contractor shall give Owner one hundred twenty (120) Days’ prior written notice of the date on which Contractor expects to be ready for the Ship Loading Time Test.
The Ship Loading Time Test shall be conducted in accordance with the Ship Loading Time Conditions (specified below), the Project Commissioning Plan and the testing procedures specified below in this Attachment S.
The Ship Loading Time Test shall be conducted to determine whether the Project has achieved the ship loading time performance specified in the FEED Document no.
