Shields definition

Shields means one hundred ninety nine (199) shields, including: (i) ninety (90) Model No. ZY10580/12.7/24.4D longwall face shields (serial numbers 1607001 through 1607090) and Nine (9) Model No. ZY10580/12.7/30.5D longwall gate shields (serial numbers 1607195 and 160197 through 1607204) manufactured in Q3 2016 by Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group, Ltd., together with all replacement parts, additions, accessories, hardware, software and licenses required to operate the above-described longwall shields, (ii) one hundred (100) Model No. ZY10580/12.7/24.4D longwall face shields (serial numbers 1607091 through 1607194, excluding serial numbers 1607127,1607152, 1607168, manufactured in Q3 2016 by Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group, Ltd., together with all replacement parts, additions, accessories, hardware, software and licenses required to operate the above-described longwall shields, and (iii) all present and future goods, software, and general intangibles relating to, arising from, or embedded in any of the foregoing, and all present and future attachments, parts, appurtenances, additions, and accessories and replacements.
