Examples of SHHS in a sentence

  • The County will provide prompt written notice to SHHS of any claim for which it seeks indemnification hereunder, which shall include the County’s basis for requesting indemnity.

  • Should repayment not be made in the time specified by the County, SHHS will pay interest of one percent per month compounded on the outstanding balance after 40 calendar days after the date of notification or discovery.

  • Access to such records shall be provided to the County or its representatives; or SHHS shall transfer these records and accounts to the custody of the County.

  • SHHS shall have no obligation to indemnify the County if the claim results from or arises out of the actions or negligence of the County.

  • In no event shall the County provide advance funding to SHHS or any subcontractor hereunder.
