SHF Contract means the contract referred to in Section 3.03 (a) of this Agreement; and

Except as the Bank may otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not amend or fail to enforce any provision of the SHF Contract.
In case of any conflict between the terms of the SHF Contract and those of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
The following event is specified as an additional condition to the effectiveness of the Loan Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (c) of the General Conditions, namely, that the SHF Contract has been entered into by the Borrower and SHF.
