For the avoidance of doubt, to the extent any Mortgage Loan is no longer subserviced by either the PHH Reconstitution Agreement or the Shellpoint Subservicing Agreement, the provisions of this paragraph shall no longer apply in connection with such Mortgage Loans unless otherwise agreed to by the securitization trust of the Subsequent Transaction and the Servicing Administrator.
