Shell space definition
Shell space means a space constructed to meet future needs. It is unfinished interior space enclosed at the time of construction by an exterior building envelope and left unfinished at the conclusion of the construction project. This space is not used for any purpose at the conclusion of the construction project and is not used for any purpose for a stated period of time after construction.
