Shell Record definition

Shell Record means a partial ALI record which requires a dynamic update of the ESRK, Call Back Number, Cell Site and Sector Information for a Phase I deployment, and XY location data for a Phase II deployment. The dynamic update requires input from the wireless carrier's network prior to updating the ALI record and forwarding to the appropriate PSAP.

The dynamic update requires input from Sprint's network prior to updating the ALI record and forwarding to the appropriate PSAP.
Shell Record means a pre-provisioned, partial ALI record used to support 911 Calls that use pANI. A Shell Record requires a dynamic update of the ANI, Call Back Number, and/or ALI from the voice provider’s VoIP Positioning Center (VPC) so that AT&T-21STATE can provide the caller’s ALI information to the answering PSAP.

  • Group Record means information in LIDB and/or the LIDB administrative system that is common to all telephone numbers in an NPA-NXX or all Special Billing Numbers in an NXX-0/1XX.

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.
