Shell Contractor definition

Shell Contractor means a Person acting as a contractor of: (i) an Affiliate of Shell or (ii) a Shell JV;
Shell Contractor means a Person acting as a contractor of: (i) an Affiliate of Shell or (ii) a Shell JV.

  • The Warm Shell Contractor shall secure independent sealed bids from three (3) subcontractors mutually acceptable to Landlord and Tenant for each trade whose costs are in excess of five percent (5%) of the total cost estimate.

  • The date on which Tenant commences construction of the Warm Shell Improvements (which date shall be certified by the Warm Shell Contractor at the request of Landlord or Tenant) shall be defined herein as the "Start Date".

  • The improvements covered by the Warm Shell Plans (the "Warm Shell Improvements") shall be completed by Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost, and in the same manner and subject to the same terms and conditions as applicable to the Tenant Improvements hereunder, except that Tenant shall contract with Devcon Construction ("Warm Shell Contractor") for the construction of the Warm Shell Improvements.

  • The glass and glazing for the Premises will be completed within forty-five days after the Initial Tenant Work Date, except for components of the glass and glazing that are dependent on completion of components of the Warm Shell Improvements and/or Tenant Improvements or that would interfere with the progress of the Warm Shell Improvements and/or Tenant Improvements, as reasonably determined by the Warm Shell Contractor and/or the Tenant Improvement Contractor, as applicable.

  • Tenant and all Tenant Parties shall comply with all established safety practices of the Shell Contractor, TI GC and Landlord until completion of Landlord’s Work and acceptance thereof by Tenant.

  • M-F Downtown may designate the Warm Shell Contractor and/or such other contractor(s) to perform the construction of the improvements that are included within the HFC Work pursuant to one or more written agreements with HFC entered into pursuant to this Paragraph 4(a).

  • Landlord shall cause the Core and Shell Contractor to construct the Building Core and Shell Improvements in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with applicable Legal Requirements and the building permit authorizing the construction of the Building Core and Shell Improvements (the “Building Core and Shell Permit”), subject to Minor Core and Shell Variations (“Building Core and Shell Substantial Completion”).

Related to Shell Contractor

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • The Sub-Contractor means any person, firm or company (other than the Contractor) to whom any part of the work has been entrusted by the Contractor with the written consent of the Engineer-In-Charge and the legal representative successors and permitted assignee of such person, firm or company.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
