Shell Construction Contract definition

Shell Construction Contract means the construction contract entered into by Landlord with the GC for construction of Landlord’s Base Building Work (including without limitation all exterior site improvements, such as telecommunication conduits serving Tenant’s information technology facilities as reflected on the Approved Base Building Plans).

Shell Construction Contract means the construction contract entered into with the GC for construction of Landlord’s Base Building Work (including without limitation all exterior site improvements). The Shell Construction Contract and the TI Construction Contract may, at Landlord’s option, be consolidated into a single construction contract covering all of Landlord’s Work.

Examples of Shell Construction Contract in a sentence

  • Quadrant shall contract with Architect for design services and preparation of the Building Shell Construction Documents; and with General Contractor for the construction of the Building Shell pursuant to the Building Shell Construction Contract.
