Shell Card definition

Shell Card means all Shell Cards (including, without limitation, Nominated Vehicle Shell Cards and Personal Shell Cards) issued to the Accountholder by Viva Energy.
Shell Card means all Shell Cards (including, without limitation, Personal Shell Cards) issued to the Accountholder.

  • However Viva Energy may elect, at any time in its absolute discretion, not to issue a Shell Card or a particular type of Shell Card for a Nominated Vehicle or Authorised User.

  • The supply of Motor Fuels, Shell LPG or Non-Shell LPG on Shell Card must be into the tank of the Nominated Vehicle (or road vehicle, in the case of a Personal Shell Card).

  • Subject to law, Viva Energy will not be required to consider any question or dispute on the Accountholder’s account notified more than 30 days after the date of the Accountholder’s relevant Shell Card transaction report, tax invoice or sales docket.

  • Viva Energy has the right to charge the Customer’s Shell Card account with Government rates, taxes or charges which now are or which in the future may be imposed or charged upon the Customer’s Shell Card transactions, whether or not the Customer is primarily liable for the impost or charge.

  • Any address nominated by the Accountholder or an Authorised User for delivery of a Shell Card or other communication which differs from the address stated on the Application must be confirmed by the Accountholder via the Shell Card Website Facility.

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;

  • Shell (for tanks), means the part of the tank which retains the substance intended for carriage, including openings and their closures, but does not include service equipment or external structural equipment;

  • ESD means the Washington State Employment Security Department.

  • IAEA means the International Atomic Energy Agency;

  • Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • ICAV means an Irish collective asset-management vehicle registered pursuant to the Act. References to “the ICAV” shall be to the ICAV to which this Instrument relates.

  • Shell Company means an issuer that meets the description defined under Rule 144. In addition, so long as Lender owns, legally or beneficially, any securities of Borrower, Borrower shall, at its sole expense:

  • Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:

  • the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));

  • IFR means the symbol used to designate the instrument flight rules;

  • MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.

  • accredited laboratory means an analytical facility accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), or accredited by another accrediting agency recognized by Manitoba Conservation and Climate to be equivalent to the SCC, or be able to demonstrate, upon request, that it has the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures in place equivalent to accreditation based on the international standard ISO/IEC 17025, or otherwise approved by the Director;

  • Shadow tray means a device attached to the radiation head to support auxiliary beam blocking material.

  • Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.

  • Local public procurement unit means any political subdivision or unit thereof which expends public funds for the procurement of supplies, services, or construction.

  • Public or private safety agency means a unit of state or local government, a special purpose district, or a private firm, which provides or has the authority to provide firefighting, police, ambulance, emergency medical services or hazardous materials response.

  • FSC means the Financial Supervisory Commission of the ROC.

  • EASA means the European Aviation Safety Agency of the European Union and any successor agency.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • DM means the lawful currency of the Federal Republic of Germany.

  • FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

  • Passport System means the system and process for prospectus reviews provided for under MI 11-102 and NP 11-202;

  • Fire hazard means any situation, process, material or condition which may cause a fire or explosion or provide a ready fuel supply to increase the spread or intensity of the fire or explosion and which poses a threat to life or property;
