SHC First Lien Lenders and together with the SHC First Lien Agent and the other secured parties under the Credit Agreement and related loan documents, the “Prepetition SHC First Lien Secured Parties”) (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Prepetition SHC Credit Agreement”; and together with all other agreements, documents, instruments, and certificates executed or delivered in connection therewith, the “Prepetition Super HoldCo Senior Loan Documents”, the obligations thereunder and under the related loan documents, the “Prepetition SHC First Lien Secured Obligations”; and the liens and security interests granted in connection therewith, the “Prepetition SHC First Lien Credit Agreement Liens”) (the “Existing SHC First Lien Facility”).
