Sharing Party definition

Sharing Party has the meaning specified in Section 4.4.4.
Sharing Party has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 9.7 of this Agreement;
Sharing Party means the Party sharing personal data to the other Party.

  • Data Sharing Party will transfer data to EUFGIS from time to time as it sees fit, when updates are available.

  • Notwithstanding any such Lessee Agreement, each Lessee shall remain fully liable for its obligations under this Lease and the other Related Documents (including any obligation hereunder or thereunder that it may cause any Fleet Sharing Party to perform or fulfill).

  • Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.

  • Tax Proceeding has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
