Sharing Amount definition

Sharing Amount means, with respect to any taxable disposition of a Real Property, the excess, if any, of the Aggregate Sharing Amount over the Sharing Amounts, if any, previously used for purposes of calculating Reduction Units pursuant to Section 8.6.D.
Sharing Amount has the meaning set forth in the Tax Matters Agreement.
Sharing Amount means the Baseline minus the After-Tax Loss or plus the After-Tax Gain. If such amount is negative, it shall be divided by 60%.

More Definitions of Sharing Amount

Sharing Amount means any GE Sharing Amount or BHI Sharing Amount, as the case may be, as determined pursuant to Section 5.04.

The amounts payable as contributions hereunder shall be determined as of the date on which the related payment or distribution is made by the applicable Funding Guarantor. The allocation among Contributing Guarantors of their obligations as set forth in this Section 7.2 shall not be construed in any way to limit the liability of any Contributing Guarantor hereunder. Each Guarantor is a third party beneficiary to the contribution agreement set forth in this Section 7.2.

  • maximum council tax reduction amount means the amount determined in accordance with paragraph 29;

  • Aggregate Payments as defined in Section 7.2.

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • Contribution Percentage Amounts means the sum of the Employee Contributions, Matching Contributions, and Qualified Matching Contributions (to the extent not taken into account for purposes of the ADP test) made under the Plan on behalf of the participant for the Plan Year. Such Contribution Percentage Amounts shall not include Matching Contributions that are forfeited either to correct Excess Aggregate Contributions or because the contributions to which they relate are Excess Deferrals, Excess Contributions, or Excess Aggregate Contributions. If so elected in the adoption agreement the Employer may include Qualified Nonelective Contributions in the Contribution Percentage Amounts.
