  • The Employee agrees to confirm the Employee’s obligations in this Agreement on an annual basis through the Employee’s Shareworks account or any other process that the Company may establish.

  • The Recipient hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and to the Recipient’s participation in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by II-VI or another third party designated by II-VI, including the Solium Shareworks System.

  • Electronic acceptance of this Agreement by the Recipient pursuant to II-VI’s instructions to the Recipient (including through the Solium Shareworks System) shall constitute execution of this Agreement by the Recipient.
