Sharer definition

Sharer is defined in Clause 6 of this Tenancy Agreement;
Sharer means in relation to a Shared Flight, the Party who has chartered the flight from one of the Helicopter Contractors pursuant to the terms of a Relevant Helicopter Agreement.
Sharer means a user of a Starkey mobile app who has chosen to use the Share function.

  • Share Company means the Share Company specified in the Table.

  • ² Shareholder means a person who owns shares in the company and is actively involved in the management of the company or business and exercises control over the company.
