Sharen,t means in respect of each Sharen, the official closing price of that Sharen on the relevant Exchange for that Sharen on Observation Datet, as determined by the Calculation Agent;
Sharen,t means the closing price of a Share(n) on each Valuation Datet; “Shareninitial” means the closing price of a Share(n) on Valuation Dateinitial;
