Shareholders’ Notes definition

Shareholders’ Notes means the promissory notes with a current aggregate principal balance of $800,000 executed by certain of the Shareholders in favor of the Company in connection with the purchase of such Shareholders' equity interests in the Company.
Shareholders’ Notes means collectively:
Shareholders’ Notes means the notes made by certain Shareholders in favor of the Company as listed on Schedule II.
