Shared Vendor Contracts definition

Shared Vendor Contracts has the meaning given to the term in clause 3.1.
Shared Vendor Contracts means Contracts with vendors of Sellers or any of their Subsidiaries, in each case to which Sellers or any of their Subsidiaries is a party, and in each case which provide for such vendors to sell products or services to the Business as well as one or more products or services to the Retained Business.
Shared Vendor Contracts has the meaning given to the term in clause 12.1. Shared Vendors has the meaning given to the term in clause 12.1.
