Shared User definition

Shared User means a party, other than Owner or Licensee, which may attach to Owner's Poles, including parties to a Shared Use or Joint Use Agreement.

Shared User means a third-party that has a business relationship with You and with whom you choose to share the information available in X-Rite Link for a specific X-Rite Device or set of X-Rite Devices through the Shared Device Visibility Feature in furtherance of that business relationship. You shall designate Shared User(s) on an X-Rite Device by device basis (not at the account level).

  • Upon execution of Agreement, and before any work may commence in Shared User Facility by Company Users, Company will furnish University with a Certificate of Insurance ("Certificate of Insurance") evidencing compliance with the insurance provisions of Agreement and requiring thirty (30) days advance written notice to the University of any modification, change, or cancellation with respect to the Insurance.

  • In addition, the City of Port Huron may terminate this agreement immediately in the case of non-payment of the monthly fee, and Shared User may terminate this agreement immediately within a period of ten (10) days after the date of a notice of a price increase under paragraph 2(c) above.

  • Shared User agrees that the monthly fee may be added onto the Shared User’s monthly water bill from the City of Port Huron, or billed directly to Shared User, at the discretion of the City of Port Huron.

  • You understand and agree that should you be provided an account, you agree not to provide any other person access to the Services or portions of the Services using your web login ID, password, or other security information, except when you use the Services to provide shared access to account information and documents to a Shared User.
