Shared Unit - A Shared. Unit is an apartment style unit with two, four or six single bedrooms contracted to a maximum of one Resident per bedroom. Visitor/Guest - A person who occupies the Premises for a period of time not exceeding more than three (3) consecutive days within one (1) month up to a maximum of ten (10) days in any four (4) month period.
