Shared trip definition

Shared trip means a trip requested or selected by a passenger, which may be shared with one or more passengers, who each independently use TNC services to select the trip, regardless of whether the passenger actually shares all or part of the trip with one or more passengers; provided, that each passenger is charged a fare that is calculated, in part, based on the passenger’s request or acceptance of the request to share all or part of the trip.

Shared trip means each instance in which one of Permittee’s FHV Vehicles picks up more than one passenger, for more than one Pre-Arranged Trip, on Airport property. The term Shared Trip also applies to each instance in which one of Permittee’s FHV Vehicles drops off more than one passenger, for more than one Pre-Arranged Trip, on Airport property.

  • Covered Trip means scheduled trips, tours or cruises for which (a) coverage is requested: and (b) the required premium is submitted prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.

  • Shared Service means any service, other than a Utility Service or a For Profit Affiliate Service, provided on a Cost Recovery Basis by a Utility to an Affiliate or by an Affiliate to a Utility.

  • Covered Transaction means a transaction that uses any funds under this award and that is a contract, memorandum of understanding, cooperative agreement, grant, loan, or loan guarantee.

  • Shared-Loss Month means each calendar month between the Commencement Date and the last day of the month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs, provided that, the first Shared-Loss Month shall begin on the Commencement Date and end on the last day of that month.

  • Shared Loss Payment Trigger means when the sum of the Cumulative Loss Amount under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement and the Shared-Loss Amount under the Commercial and Other Assets Shared-Loss Agreement, exceeds the First Loss Tranche. If the First Loss Tranche is zero or a negative number, the Shared Loss Payment Trigger shall be deemed to have been reached upon Bank Closing.
