A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Measurement Time means 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on the Closing Date.

  • Voting Record Time means the time and date to be specified as the voting record time for the Scheme Meeting (or any adjournment thereof) in the Scheme Document;

  • Verizon means Verizon Communications Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • ITC (this Section2 of the RFP) means the Instructions to Consultants that provides the Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.
