Shared Seat definition

Shared Seat means in respect of those customers who will share the use of Guaranteed Seat where the Guarantee Seat is not in use by Guaranteed Seat customers and is allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

Examples of Shared Seat in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Shared Seat pricing is subject to the following terms and conditions: ● Authorized Users must use the Augmedix Solution at the same designated Customer Facility.
