Shared Equity Lease definition
Shared Equity Lease means the lease of an Affordable Housing Unit where 75%
Shared Equity Lease the form of lease substantially in the form of the draft annexed as Appendix 10 with such reasonable amendments as the Developer may propose and the Council approve (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) “Shared Ownership” Residential Units offered to existing Aylesbury long leaseholders on a shared ownership basis in accordance with the Nominations Agreement by way of a Shared Ownership Lease and otherwise on terms approved by the Council (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) in accordance with the Implementation Strategy: Land Assembly “Shared Ownership Lease” the form of lease substantially in the form of the draft annexed at Appendix 11 with such reasonable amendments as the Developer may propose and the Council approve (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)
