Shared DD Expenses definition
Shared DD Expenses means, collectively, all fees and expenses incurred by the Applicable Sponsors in respect of Joint DD Advisers or otherwise for the benefit of the Applicable Sponsors as agreed in writing by the Applicable Sponsors in connection with the conducting of due diligence on the Company for purposes of the Original Transactions and the Transactions (the “Due Diligence”).
