Shared Common Area definition

Shared Common Area means those portions of the Shopping Center Parcel which are designated herein or on any plat to be recorded for the general use and convenience of the Owners and Tenants, together with their respective authorized representatives, employees, customers and other invitees, of the Shopping Center Parcel and all Outparcels. The Shared Common Area shall include the following: Access Roads, the Main Entrance Signage, the Storm Drainage System, and all connections to Public Utility Lines, except those Public Utility Lines which exclusively serve only a particular Parcel. Shared Common Area shall include the landscaping and sidewalks adjacent to the Access Roads.
Shared Common Area means those areas of the Estate generally accessible to all Owners and Residents of all Phases, including but not limited to entrances, exits, reception lobby and lift lobbies which exclusively serve or benefit the Apartments/Units, adult and children's swimming pool, tennis and multipurpose courts, children's playground, gymnasium, club house, outdoor sit out area, underground basement parking, landscaped recreational park, pergolas, reception lobby, but excluding any part of the Estate designed and intended to be owned or occupied exclusively under the terms of a Sublease or a tenancy or other occupational arrangement, and “Shared Common Areas” shall be construed accordingly. “Shared Common Areas” shall be construed accordingly;
Shared Common Area means the areas of responsibility of the Master Association designated in the Master Declaration, or as designated on the Plat.

  • The Declarant will maintain and keep in good repair the Shared Common Area as a Common Area Expense as defined in Article V.

  • The Project Association shall be liable to collect the ‘proportionate Shared Common Area Maintenance Charges’ from the purchasers/allottees of the Utsang Efficiency & Comfort/Project and handover/pass on the same to the Promoter or it’s nominated agency or to the Federation, as the case may be, within 7th day from the close of a month.

  • The Shared Common Area Maintenance Charges shall remain liable to increase from time to time by the Promoter/Federation.

  • Common Areas: use and enjoy along with other purchasers/ occupants of other apartments/units in the Complex only such of the Common Areas and/or the Shared Common Area which would be earmarked and/or designated for common use by the Owner and/or as so permitted under the Act.

  • The Declarant shall be responsible for effecting necessary repairs and replacements of the Storm Drainage System and maintaining the Storm Drainage System in good order, condition and repair (such repairs, replacements and maintenance being “Storm Drainage System Maintenance”), as a Shared Common Area Expense.

  • Maintenance of the Main Entrance Signage, including utilities and landscaping, shall be a Shared Common Area Expense.

  • Further, Tenant's Percentage Share of costs attributable to Shared Common Area and/or Tenant's Common Area as defined in the Lease shall be increased to one hundred percent (100%).


More Definitions of Shared Common Area

Shared Common Area and "▇▇▇ Licensed Area" shall be deleted from the Lease as of the Effective Date.
Shared Common Area means that portion of the Common Area which is neither Retail Common Area nor Office Common Area.
