Examples of Shared Collaboration Costs in a sentence

  • All costs and expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Parties (or their Affiliates) in connection with effecting such technology transfer in accordance with Exhibit H will be Shared Collaboration Costs.

  • In the event that Moderna incurs costs and expenses in excess of [***] in connection with taking such corrective actions in accordance with such plan and budget, such excess costs shall be treated as Shared Collaboration Costs with respect to the PCV Program under Exhibit D.
