Shared Applications definition

Shared Applications means the portion of the En Pointe SAP Application Software that resides in software, applications, documentation, methods, processes, materials, and intellectual property used by SupplyAccess outside of its obligations set forth in the IT Sourcing Agreement and excluding any En Pointe Confidential Information and enhancements to the Clarify Software.
