SHAREBLOCK definition
SHAREBLOCK is each of the SHAREBLOCKS:
(a) Numbered as indicated in the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association;
1.5.2 (b) Which consists of the number of shares in the COMPANY indicated in the said Memorandum and Articles of Association, which shares have a nominal value as shown in the said Memorandum and Articles of Association;
1.5.3 (c) Which in terms of the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association affords to its beneficial owner the right to use the APARTMENT (to which it is Inked) in terms of this Use Agreement for the Time Module which it is linked in the said Memorandum and Articles of Association) during each year.
