Share Section definition

Share Section means, in the context of the System, the section relating to contracts on Non-Derivative Financial Instruments, admitted to trading on the securities Markets organized and managed by the Management Companies according to the provisions of the Instructions. The Section is also managed by CC&G by virtue of Agreements stipulated between CC&G and the said Management Companies.
