Share Price Performance means the increase in the market price or Fair Market Value of the Common Stock or the increase in the price (or effective price) at which the Company sells shares of Common Stock.

Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.
