Unit Owners shall according to the context, mean all purchasers and/or intending purchasers of different Flats / apartments / Units in the Buildings and shall also include the Builder in respect of such Flats / apartments / Units which are retained and/or not alienated and/or not agreed to be alienated for the time being by the Vendors and/or the Builder.
Co-owners means (a) all the allottees of Units in the Building Complex excepting those who (i) have either not been delivered possession of any Unit or (ii) have not got the conveyance deed in respect of any Unit to be executed and registered in their favour; and (b) for all Units which are not alienated by execution of deed of conveyance or whose possession are not parted with by the Vendor or the Promoter, shall mean the Promoter or the Vendor, as the case may be.
Association of unit owners means all of the unit owners:
The Owners means the party identified in Box 3;
Owners means the party identified in Box 2.
Ordinary Shareholders means holders of Ordinary Shares.
Common Shareholders means the registered and/or beneficial holders of the Common Shares, as the context requires.
Common Share Ownership Limit means not more than 9.8 percent (in value or in number of shares, whichever is more restrictive) of the aggregate of the Outstanding Common Shares, or such other percentage determined by the Manager in accordance with Section 13.9.
Beneficial Shareholders means holders of our Shares that do not hold our Shares in their own name, but instead, whose Shares are held on the Record Date by a bank, trust company, securities broker or other nominee.
Beneficial Ownership Regulation means 31 C.F.R. § 1010.230.
Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Voting Participant Notification has the meaning specified in Section 8.07(f).
Voting Shares means the Common Shares and any other shares in the capital of the Corporation entitled to vote generally in the election of all directors.
Percentage Stock Ownership means the percentage Stock Ownership interest of any Person or group (as the context may require) for purposes of Section 382 of the Code as determined in accordance with the Treasury Regulation § 1.382-2T(g), (h), (j) and (k) or any successor provision.
auxiliary member means a person (non-citizen) who has been admitted to auxiliary membership of the Teaching Service.
Ordinary Member means a member of the Club other than a Life member, Honorary member, Temporary member or Provisional member of the Club.
Locked-Up Shareholders means the Persons who are party to the Lock-Up Agreements.
Beneficial Owners means Persons who Beneficially Own the referenced securities.
Common ownership means the same or substantially similar persons or entities that maintain a
Voting Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
Stakeholders means the company’s employees, the employees of its subsidiaries, and other individuals, groups, communities or entities whose rights or interests are or could be affected by the products, services and operations of that company, its subsidiaries and its business relationships;
Joint Ownership - (also known as equity JVs) means the establishment by two parent companies of a child company for a specific task within which both parent companies invest in order to overcome the limited capabilities vested within them in order that they can both benefit from the combined investment.
Percentage Ownership means, with respect to any Shareholder at any time, (i) the number of shares of Fully Diluted Common Stock that such Shareholder beneficially owns (and (without duplication) has the right to acquire from any Person) at such time, divided by (ii) the total number of shares of Fully Diluted Common Stock at such time.
Ordinary Shareholder means a holder of ordinary shares;
ordinary member of the committee means a member of the committee who is not an officer of the Association under Rule 21;
ADSs means the rights and interests in the Deposited Property (as hereinafter defined) granted to the Holders and Beneficial Owners pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Deposit Agreement and, if issued as Certificated ADS(s) (as hereinafter defined), the ADR(s) issued to evidence such ADSs. ADS(s) may be issued under the terms of the Deposit Agreement in the form of (a) Certificated ADS(s) (as hereinafter defined), in which case the ADS(s) are evidenced by ADR(s), or (b) Uncertificated ADS(s) (as hereinafter defined), in which case the ADS(s) are not evidenced by ADR(s) but are reflected on the direct registration system maintained by the Depositary for such purposes under the terms of Section 2.13. Unless otherwise specified in the Deposit Agreement or in any ADR, or unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to ADS(s) shall include Certificated ADS(s) and Uncertificated ADS(s), individually or collectively, as the context may require. Each ADS shall represent the right to receive, and to exercise the beneficial ownership interests in, the number of Shares specified in the form of ADR attached hereto as Exhibit A (as amended from time to time) that are on deposit with the Depositary and/or the Custodian, subject, in each case, to the terms and conditions of the Deposit Agreement and the applicable ADR (if issued as a Certificated ADS), until there shall occur a distribution upon Deposited Securities referred to in Section 4.2 or a change in Deposited Securities referred to in Section 4.11 with respect to which additional ADSs are not issued, and thereafter each ADS shall represent the right to receive, and to exercise the beneficial ownership interests in, the applicable Deposited Property on deposit with the Depositary and the Custodian determined in accordance with the terms of such Sections, subject, in each case, to the terms and conditions of the Deposit Agreement and the applicable ADR (if issued as a Certificated ADS). In addition, the ADS(s)-to-Share(s) ratio is subject to amendment as provided in Articles IV and VI of the Deposit Agreement (which may give rise to Depositary fees).
