Share Ledger definition

Share Ledger means the share ledger set forth as a part of Schedule A ---------- attached to this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time by the terms of this Agreement.
Share Ledger has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b).

  • The Cash Manager shall ensure that the Current Funding Share and the Current Funding Share Percentage of the Trust Property and the Current Seller Share and the Current Seller Share Percentage of the Trust Property are recorded in the Funding Share/Seller Share Ledger on the Initial Closing Date and thereafter on each Distribution Date.

  • The Cash Manager shall ensure that the Current Funding 1 Share and the Current Funding 1 Share Percentage of the Trust Property and the Current Seller Share and the Current Seller Share Percentage of the Trust Property are recorded in the Funding 1 Share/Seller Share Ledger on the Initial Closing Date and thereafter on each Distribution Date.

  • Capital Account Record Date and "Income Account Record Date" shall mean the "Record Dates" set forth in the "Essential Information" in the Prospectus.
