Share Issuance Programme definition

Share Issuance Programme means the share issuance programme approved by the Company's shareholders on 11 July 2019 to issue up to 100 million new Ordinary Shares;
Share Issuance Programme means the proposed placing of up to 100 million New Shares pursuantto the Initial Placing and, if applicable, any Subsequent Placings;
