Share Incentive means equity-based incentive to purchase, receive or acquire Class A Ordinary Shares pursuant to a Share Incentive Agreement granted under the Plan and shall also include any share appreciation right, restricted share, restricted share unit, performance award, dividend equivalent, or other share-based award granted under the Plan.

  • This grant is made pursuant to the terms of the Amended and Restated Accenture plc 2010 Share Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), which Plan, as amended from time to time, is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Agreement (as defined below).

  • The Participant hereby acknowledges that a copy of each of the Plan and the Share Incentive Plan has been delivered to the Participant and the Participant accepts the Share Units hereunder subject to all terms and provisions of the Plan and the Share Incentive Plan, which are incorporated herein by reference.
