Share Entitlement definition

Share Entitlement means the calculation of the number of Shares to be issued each Offering Period pursuant to the terms of this Plan;
Share Entitlement means, as of the date of determination, any outstanding entitlement or right of any Person to be reflected in the register of members of the Company as the holder of any shares of share capital in the Company pursuant to the exercise of any Stock Option by such Person prior to the date of determination.
Share Entitlement means that number of Shares for which an Option is granted to an Eligible Employee in accordance with the Scheme, as stated in the Option Certificate relating to such Option; and

Examples of Share Entitlement in a sentence

  • Upon an increase or decrease in such Beneficiary's Common Share Entitlement on Exchange, a corresponding number of Series 2 Special Voting Shares shall be issued or redeemed in accordance with Section 3.2(b) within five Business Days following the date that is 45 days after the fiscal quarter end immediately following such increase.

  • If at any time there is a vote of stockholders of Napo, whether by written consent, or a stockholders meeting or in any other manner, NPIP shall exercise its vote(s) in the manner instructed by the Investor, the intent being that the Investor shall be entitled to vote those number of NPIP Napo Common Stock shares as equal to the Investor Share Entitlement.

More Definitions of Share Entitlement

Share Entitlement means the calculation of the number of shares to be issued each Offering Period pursuant to the Plan as detailed in Appendix A;
Share Entitlement means the New Ordinary Shares and Deferred Shares that each Scheme Creditor (other than Luxfer Group Limited) is entitled to receive in accordance with clauses 4.18 to 4.25 of this Noteholder Scheme;

Related to Share Entitlement

  • M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.
