Share 2 means a 45% share in the Company corresponding to the investment in the registered capital amounting to CZK 900,000 of the total Company registered capital amounting to CZK 2,000,000;
Share 2 means the share interest (Geschäftsanteil) in Target Company 1 owned by Seller 2 as described in recital (I);
Share 2 the Share held by Seller 2.

Share 2. Share 3”, “Share 4”, “Share 5”, and “Share 6” have the meanings set out in the Preamble;

  • Dividend Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable in payment of dividends payable on the Preferred Shares in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designation.
