Senetek shall transfer the kinetin Technology necessary for Shaklee to manufacture and/or commercialize the Finished Products at Senetek's Cost.

This Sublease shall be of no force or effect until fully -------- executed by Sublessee and RKMC and approved by Master Lessor and Shaklee.
