Notwithstanding any foreclosure of the lien of the ARV PIII Pledge Agreement or the SGRV Pledge Agreement, whether by the exercise of the power of sale contained in the ARV PIII Pledge Agreement or the SGRV Pledge Agreement or by an action for judicial foreclosure, Guarantor shall remain bound under this Agreement.
