In the event Parties cannot resolve the controversies, disputes or claims through mediation within sixty (60) calendar days from the beginning of the mediation process, they shall be exclusively be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Regulations of the Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes (Stichting Geschillenoplossing Automatisering, SGOA), which has its registered office in The Hague, The Netherlands.
